      Pros

      * I like my personal Unit cohesion. Can't speak to others * Hours worked at least for myself are reasonable and don't feel like im being pushed to burnout * Welcoming atmosphere

      Cons

      *pay is ok but as with many places they aren't trying to be competitive. They are doing the bare minimum and sprucing it up with happy words *Benefits just changed and for my uses it is now less
