Management hired an external candidate for a dayshift position without offering it to any night-shift nurses. Night shift nurses expressed their desire for the position and even applied for it but were left on nightshift. Holiday pay is 1.5x base, no bonuses, good luck taking vacation time when you are called off for low-census and the travel nurses get to work instead of you. ETO is burned constantly for low-census. Unsafe ratios are allowed by management and management will not assist staff even when they are asked. Insurance is HMO and you will have to switch providers in order to use it.
