      Good pay and benefits. Many opportunities if your a nurse within the whole system. Many areas to get involved in.

      Cons

      Management are clueless and do opposite of what veteran employees tell them needs done.

      Pros

      Many decent benefits and always looking to improve the work/life balance of its' employees promedica has kept me from wanting to look onward to other companies. I have looked and honestly its hard to find a better job in my field with same level of reduced stress.

      Cons

      The pay isn't really as good as other places, but once you add up the retirement benefits and consider the crazy amount of time off you get its worth budgeting a little tighter at home.
