Pros

The best part about this company is that even if it is a big organization with 10 fleets , it still has that small company feel. The people are friendly and considerate. They try to retain you as much as possible.

Cons

The Engineering division is understaffed . Work - Life balance sucks . No time off or overtime for extra hours put in. Have to work 14 or more hours a day seven days a week .Weekends are not off unless you put specific request months in advance.

Pros

Company with a bright future with lots of really good equipment great pay plus perdiem and job bonus with tons of work

Cons

Lots of hours and there is very unsafe working environment because you will work a lot with little to no sleep and still be asked to drive theres also not very many advancement opportunity. It's all about who you know that works there that would give you a chance to move up they don't give raises just more hours

Pros

Great Pay Great Benefits Lots of chances for Bonuses through safety procedures Very Safety Oriented Great Management Will to train you up, even if its your first oilfield job

Cons

The only real cons are one that are because of the industry. You will work a lot of hours, but this is no different than anywhere else in industry, the overtime pay far and away makes it worth it. The biggest Con is probably the lack of advancement opportunities depending what field you go into. There's usually about 3-4 positions and a management role, once you're a field manager there's not a whole lot of promotion from what I've seen.
