Sweet promises. Nice equipment. Local work.
Cons
Toxic work environment. Tight knit family workers who tell horrible stories and lies. Nobody will have your back when one turns on ya they all turn. Some supervisors use fall guys for every mistake they make. No accountability. Some workers embellish stories that could land you in jail if the wrong ears heard. I was often asked to fudge my logs. Schedules are erratic. Some attitudes reminded me of a group of mean girl high-school chear leaders.
