Pros

The other employees at professional staffing group is fantastic, easy to talk to and approachable.

Cons

Unfortunately, the people that make up PSG do not make up for the Director'a lack of a vision. They are extremely out of sync with their employees, and often times are absent from the office. Long hours are often enforced, and taking a lunch break is highly disapproved of. Morning meetings are more for taking attendance than anything else, and some of time it feels like high school where you need a hall pass to even go to the bathroom. Additionally, so many people have left that there aren't enough people to fill all the work there is to do. People are constantly being spread thin, and do not have the training to be able to effectively do their jobs. Directors often time act as children who got their toys taken away when someone makes the decision to leave, which fosters a culture of annoyance and overall low employee morale. Often times, employees aren't even told when someone is leaving the company until they have already left, just showing how little they value their employees. Would absolutely argue to take the "professional" out of professional staffing group. There is little to no vacation time or flexibility, very few paid holidays, no sick time unless you use your PTO.

Pros

PSG hires great people (as they should, it's what they do) and there's a lot of potential in some of the management team. i agree with the comment below that there are some people with good intentions in the company. office location is good. company used to be a decent place to work, who's to say it can't be again

Cons

the organization has not been able to retain its employees at all levels over the past couple of years. they also haven't been able to keep up with the turnover and don't replace people, as a result everyone takes on way too much to keep the company afloat, no one can excel at or enjoy the job they were hired for. continued outsourcing of roles overseas has ceased all growth potential, the only promotions I saw in the organization were people taking on the roles of people who left in addition to their current responsibilities. everyone is so stretched thin. company can't afford to invest in the proper tools and technology to make employees' day to day more productive. CEO and CFO are painfully out of touch. positive reviews on here are fake to counteract score. i was asked to write one. compensation plan and benefits are not competitive in the industry.

Pros

Free lunch, 11-3p = full day, good group of people/ co-workers

Cons

They expect everyone to work 7:45-6p, which is out of touch with the nature of being connected 24/7 online. There are too many top level employees and not enough lower level employees.
