PSG offers internal employees ongoing training and mentorship that helps them grow as business and staffing professionals. They promote within and you don't have to wait around for your manager to get promoted for a promotion. As a smaller organization individuals have the chance to contribute to the company's corporate initiatives right away and feel as though they have a voice; you don't feel like another number. I've had the experience of being promoted multiple times in my 8+ years with the company And I know that the business exposure and training I have received would never have happened elsewhere. The opportunities that exist inside of PSG and the ongoing development is uncomparable in the Boston market. It is rare to find a company these days where the CEO is as hands on and available as ours is.
