The people I work with have been great to collaborate with. We do work hard as expected - but the people here make the office a more fun and interesting place to be. I have learned quite a bit in my time here and there is plenty of ways to continue learning. Luckily it seems I joined at a point in time where big changes are constantly happening and I am able to observe how a business navigates and succeeds through these changes.

Work-Life Balance: Option to work remotely when needed have made it easier to balance my personal and professional life. It’s a great feeling to work for a company that truly understands the importance of this balance. Open Communication: The leadership team keeps employees informed about company updates, challenges, and goals. There’s a strong sense of transparency, and I always feel like my voice is heard, whether in meetings or during one-on-one discussions with managers. Recognition: Working at ProPivotal has been incredibly fulfilling because they genuinely recognize and reward hard work. From regular feedback to employee awards and team celebrations, I always feel appreciated. This motivates me to keep giving my best every day.
