      Pros

      Best intentions by leadership - in my experience, no one is perfect and no one gets it right every time. The leadership group does the best that they can for employees to grow and thrive, but at the end of the day, business decisions have to be made and not everyone will agree with every decision. The PM leadership group definitely gets more right than many other leadership teams I have worked with. And when they get it wrong, they own it and fix it. That's all I can ask!

      *Pay was great, higher than industry standard *Opportunity to work with very talented industry vets and passionate people

      Cons

      *Nepotism runs as rampant as other reviews have indicated *HR as a function is almost entirely broken *No direction, bad communication, leaves most people in the dark about where the company is going until decisions are already made *If you aren't in with the right people, you're out

      Pros

      ProbablyMonsters truly does care. They have great ideas for games, great teams, and management that cares. They need some help running projects and priorities but when I consider all the places I’ve worked and projects I’ve been on, I only complain because I’ve come to hold ProbablyMonsters to such a high regard that I expect more from them. They really do care. They try their best. I’m proud to work here!

      Cons

      They’re a large size for a startup and they need patience and understanding while they figure out the business side of things.
