      Worked with some of the best and most talented devs here. Despite a lot of challenges thrown our way by upper management, we always did our best to pull through.

      Cons

      One of the company’s primary values upon its inception was “People First”. We were told this value was meant to hold its employees’ well-beings in high regard, and that we were going to build a place where devs could have long prosperous careers. In actuality it meant “Who will bare the consequences of leadership’s poor choices? ‘People First’.” What a horribly embarrassing, cynical thing to list as a primary value. This is the kind of management style that breeds the kind of cynicism and jadedness that is so pervasive among senior developers.
