- Promotions based on merit. - Management shows appreciation for work (including with spot bonuses). Never feel taken for granted. - Flexible working schedule and arrangements - Good company size. Large enough you have support, small enough management can stay informed and you feel welcome. - Growing.

Cons

- Sometimes you can feel a bit siloed in your project.

Be leery of them giving you the work you want to do

Pros

Nearly market value, decent benefits, and remote.

Cons

They will place you in a role your not qualified for and also the second the customer doesn't want to pay, you will be "move back to HQ" and led out the door. It's not a good company to place roots, use it to stay for maybe a year and then leave. HR is also not separate from the head of state and cannot provide any real action.
