- Career growth opportunities - Lots of exposure to C-Suite - Small enough company to build your personal brand quickly

Cons

- Not a 9-5 company. Early mornings, late nights, traveling on weekends - May be required to make yourself available last minute to company emergency situations

Pros

Procept has top notch leadership. They believe in investing in their employees and developing their professional goals. Personally, I am encouraged and driven because of my team and how well we work together to accomplish the task of making Aquablation the preferred treatment of BPH.

Cons

Procept holds their employees to high standards. With this, you are expected to maintain the values and goals at hand. Expect to work above and beyond and the small tasks will have major impact.
