-Lots of room for career growth and development -Small enough company that you are able to do work that is meaningful to the company and wear a lot of hats to expand your work experience -Clinical team management was very supportive and knowledgeable -Work hard, play hard mentality -Great talent pool and managers who care about where your career goes -Amazing product to get behind

Cons

-Minor growing pains as with any start up
