Procept has a rewarding competitive salary and compensation plan, The four key pillars of our culture on on display and demonstrated by leaders at all levels in the organization. They clearly are making the right moves for the business long term not making quick decisions for a short term gain. The training program for new hires is world class. I cant say enough about the training team and leader of the program. They set every new hire up for success seeking ways to have everyone win versus finding problems to move people out. I am excited about the short and long term future of the organization and truly excited to be a part of it. Overall I am pleased with the technology, leadership, the culture and the development opportunity this will afford me and others at Procept.
