Good product, Nice benefits and wages

Cons

Ops management is the worst I have ever seen. It is a Boy's club where the V P is is the king. He has no idea what manufacturing is. He like to run the department with fear. Do not believe as his previous employer, from where he was let go. The rest of the management team are ex Boston employees , they sit on their desk and not do anything, jus create more process and paperwork

Toxic culture, no work-life balance

Competitive salary, but at what cost.

Cons

Where do I begin? Depending on your position, you will likely have no work-life balance. Anything in sales or marketing requires you to have no life outside of work. Some directors have no business being leaders- I ignored the red flags for the salary and it was a big mistake. I have never been so disrespected by managers before. There’s a reason everyone there is new. The 5 star reviews are clearly not real and not reflective of the culture during my time there.

Procept is a high performing team and driving hard to bring patients relief, but this culture is shaped by all of us, thus perspectives like this are highly valuable. Although we are just beginning to drive core development for our managers, we always work to put highly skilled and caring individuals in leadership roles who can get the best from individuals and teams.
