Worst place I've ever had the misfortune to work at. There is constant pressure to meet high targets, and if you fall short, they let you go. There is always a sense of fear about job security. The CEO has too much control and gets involved in too many details instead of trusting the team. I saw a whole content team replaced with AI, which lowered the quality of work. They also ask employees to leave positive reviews, which makes things feel less honest. Work hours are long, recognition is rare, and pay is not great.
