Pros

- Remote work - Simple straightforward product, you will learn the inside outs of it pretty quickly

Cons

-.... mmm where to begin: - Product: the software is subpar and numbingly average. Many of the serious players offer this kind of "powered checklist" as a free add-on. This adds absolutely zero value to any enterprise or mid-market business!!! This company has been around for +10 years and has been stale at the same employee count and revenue for the past 8 years. That should tell you where things are going.... - Culture: small company, small ambitions, small CEO... meh! not terrible, but nothing impressive or special at all... there is however a lot of bullying and mockery towards certain minorities, which is tolerated and in some cases encourage by the leadership. On top of that the salary and benefits are the lowest I have seen... - Leadership: CEO seems to be more focus on becoming some kind of LinkedIn influencer and ChaptGPT advocate than actually helping drive the company forward... in the rest of the leadership you will find some nice individuals but mostly people with very unimpressive backgrounds, that's just what this company can afford.. - Career growth: none, it's a 50 people shop with churn and fire policy, if you have career ambitions this is not the place for you. - Professional development: you won't lear anything worth it here.

Pros

Flexible schedule, some of my coworkers were great

Cons

Criminally low salary. Turnover on the sales team resulted in doing other people's work with no returns. Overpromised and underdelivered in the interview process.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We are glad to hear that the flexible schedule was something you valued and that your co-workers were great as well. (We think they are pretty great as well!) We are sorry to hear you are disappointed with the salary that was offered. We share the salary for entry-level positions in the very first email invitation for an interview and no later than the very first interview for all positions in an effort to be transparent and upfront. Salary is revisited throughout the recruitment process to ensure that transparency continues long before expecting a position. Sales roles are by design motivated by performance and additional compensation is contingent upon that performance. We do our best to support our team members in achieving all goals set for them but we also expect that they also take the responsibility to work hard to learn about our industry, products, and customers. Thank you again for your feedback. We are committed to creating a positive work environment for all employees. We wish you all the best.

Pros

Absolutely loved my experience at PS. By far, that was the best company I’ve worked for so far. The team and the entire company was super supportive. People would always feel free to take time off when they needed without a manager on them. They’re 100% remote, and everyone seems to enjoy it! They hire great people from great companies and schools, so you’re surrounded by great mentors all the time, and yet they’ll treat everyone the same way. I was in an off site in person trip with the company in San Francisco and was marveled to see that there’s no ego in the team. The CEO and all VPs treated me as they’d treat anyone- as a friend. Oh, how I miss Process Street!

Cons

No cons at all!! Great communication, great people, great job, great pay, great everything!
