      Pros

      * Moves fast, but not burning people out * Super interesting product * Amazing team * Lots of opportunities for having a big impact * Good pay :) * Excellent work life balance * Excellent leadership * Interesting challenges * Fully remote team that knows how to be efficient

      Cons

      Unlimited paid time off... to me makes it hard to figure out what is "reasonable". But I talked about it while employed (and on my exit interview) and it's something they do care about, so I'm pretty sure they will address that.

      Pros

      - Seasoned management team - Tons of autonomy, no micro management - Great Pay - Very comfortable experimenting and testing. When things go wrong no one blows up at you. - Plenty of resources to get the job done right - Attracting awesome talent across the board

      Cons

      - Still trying to find PM fit with outbound, so performance varies a lot by channel. - The product has an infinite number of use cases, so positioning the product to non-inbound leads is a challenge.

      All team members are a pleasure to talk to and are happy to help if you need it Work hours are flexible (in terms of the time of day) Huge opportunity to grow in your role, and even expand into others Managers are open and approachable, while the CEO is blunt but fair in his feedback

      Cons

      Hours can be long, and most difficulties with remote work (eg, difficulty with work/life balance) apply here too.
