Pros

Procom is a well established company with defined processes and strong support teams across the entire organization. With the average employee tenure of 5+ years the various departments have a breadth of industry knowledge that you do not find at other agencies. From the moment I joined Procom I was asked what my goals were within the organization and since then have felt supported and experienced strong growth. Procom is a true work hard play hard environment with a culture in working hard and fostering employee engagement. Lots of social events and team bonding across the organization. The employee tenure alone proves that Procom has created and maintained a positive work environment for its employees.

Cons

Good central location at Yonge and Eglinton but from a clients perspective it would be good to be in the financial district

Pros

With Procom it's my 11th year. I feel proud that I am working with a dynamic team. The people and process are here to support our tagline,"We Want to Work With You". What's beautiful about Procom is that a great environment is a self-reinforcing one: All of these efforts support one another and together create an organization that is creative, fun, hardworking, and highly productive. Procom allows employees to work on passion projects and keep tap into our creativity. Procom employees can take advantage of perks like healthcare and fitness benefits, parental leave, casual work environment and work from home facility.

Cons

I would be happy to see more flexible hours for employees or at least 2 days WFH
