Business Outlook
Pros
Flexibility, paid for time, (accumulated time on some projects exceeded standard 40 hour weeks), straightforward time management system. Something of an attempt to develop a "culture" for the contractors they employ.
Cons
No benefits, salary cap imposed was arguably under industry standard for the same work. Focus of business is really more technical contract employees, so the opportunities for non-technical (i.e. development) work is more slim.
