Pros

Possibility to learn a lot. Good salary. Real possibilities to be promoted fast. Working in a giant company in which you can work with some of the biggests brands in the world.

Cons

Constant relocation requests. Relocation may be a must to be promoted or to continue in the company. Too much processes for everything.

Pros

It's basically an MBA on the job - you learn how to work in a fast-paced business environment and solve complex tasks on everyday basis.

Cons

The organization is very big and bureaucratic, it takes a long time to approve and streamline a decision. Also when cuts happen, the company stars firing lower management personnel that does all the field job and it's not good for the business overall.
