Pros

Great consumer knowledge, working and learning with top talent, good compensation and performance based salary increase, great training programs and fair opportunities to grow.

Cons

Highly specialized tasks, from mid to slow speed for innovation, too corporate and low empowerment for decision making and mid and low management.

Pros

Opportunities for growth, great people, great projects

Cons

Getting guidance is sometimes a challenge as not all managers are created the same. There are fantastic managers that take pride in developing direct reports and there are those that dont. You will run into both. You will also need to decide which one you want to be.
