Pros

The only hire the best, which makes it a fun and challenging place to work. It's exciting to see the things you work on every day at the shelf at Wal-Mart and Target. The compensation is excellent and the culture is top notch compared to other companies I've worked for.

Cons

Because they hire the best, getting to "the top" can be challenging. The career model in F&A is clear, but doesn't make it any easier to accept how long it takes to make it to "executive" level. If you come in with previous work experience or an MBA, you basically are credited 2-3 years and your clock starts from there. It is common for me to work with people my age that are 1-2 levels ahead of me simply because they started straight from undergrad. So, you have to learn to swallow your pride.
