Pros

The company obviously has a recognizable name and reputation. Their large-scale operation does give you access to resources that would have otherwise been unattainable.

Cons

There is Little transparency throughout the organization. They have very stringent guidelines around promotion and if you're not just out of school chances are that you will not get "credit" for work experience outside of P&G
