Pros

Great company with rich history. Excellant training for sales reps. The best retirement benefits. P&G really cares about their employees

Cons

Promotion to higher level takes a long time. The company has no bonus structure for sales reps. But the base pay is competitive

Pros

Great company to work for, being a multinational it is very easy to communicate with people within P&G. Would recommend it as a great future employer

Cons

Being a large company has its cons as well, the time frame for professional growth is very long (but it is assured for a person working hard)
