Pros

Respected Company to work for... Much flexibility with Part-time employment... Much respect for personal time off as needed... Enough information on products to be productive in the field.

Cons

Terrible technology. Those of us in the field have been behind the eight ball for years. Sidekicks?? Terrible. Although our immediate supervisors are terrific and very respectful of our personal lives and demands, upper management is COLD! 2700 people laid off on a conference call?? We'll be phased out until October 1???? It's January!! How can anyone maintain a professional demeanor knowing you're out the door in 6 months??

Growth is based on a triangle system. not everyone can reach the top. you have to be the right person for the job and be available at the right time
