Pros

REsonable benefit package, and if you are really good then chance of quick promotion. IF you actually get to go on an external training course then they are quite good.

Cons

Long hours. Unrealistic expectations. Not right management help. Not right training. No proper handovers. Stressful. Sometimes they have a tendancy to either over-promote a kiss-ass or leave a position vacant for a long time because of their "only recruit from within" policy. Not enough people in the plant - one person leaves or gets sick and the whole thing starts to unravel.
