Good but demanding

Pros

There were always lots of opportunities to learn, overall great compensation packages, challenging projects most of the time, really great people to work with, opportunities for relocation.

Cons

Work life balance is hard to achieve altough frequently promoted, sometimes very bureucratic, either you swim or you will sink.

Policy of requiring advancement to occur through Cincy is outdated. Sometimes incompetency is tolerated for too long before action is taken.
