Pros

Easy enough work which is prob why pay is so low. Work life balance is great just work my hours and clock out

Cons

Benefits are not the greatest. Raises are bottom of the barrel and do not even equate to cost of living increase. No positive feedback only negative which causes moral to go down.

Can work any hours you want.

Cons

Management sucks. They hire cheap labor overseas (coforge) to handle claims and you will spend time daily calling the home owners and requesting documentation from them that the over seas worker is not even skilled enough (maybe negligent) who knows to verify. Terrible run.
