      They give you good package to make you sit idle

      Cons

      1) Worst hiring process, they pull you in and later you are put in bench. 2) No deep technical stuff, only Base level things and resources are not even considered 3) Bench 4) Managers are not efficient. 5) Worst pantry

      Cons

      Worst part was the 18 months bond and they kept our originals to make us serve the bond. They had recruited 5-6 guys from IIT with no plan and it was complete waste of time for most of us. 3months notice period
