May get more responsibilities since the company is small and has few employees. Somewhat flexible time. Extremely poor hiring for the first level associates.

Cons

Management with blue collar mindset. No policies & procedures in place. Not open to any ideas. Finance, HR, IT, Admin functions take their own sweet time to do anything.

Management is very poor. No transparency in the projects in terms of dates and others. No respect for employees. very poor finance section particularly Mohan.
