The culture is good but it all depends 'who' you are working for.

Cons

Compensation = OK Technology = Depends who is your manager. The crocodile will eat you up for no reason. Destroyed the technology value. Web testing was code review, really? Just stay away from the crocodile. You will be stressed as the crocodile breathes down your neck all the time for no reason.

Pros

Prodege has a solid business model, meaningful projects to work on and respectful and talented people throughout the organization. There's really a sense of teamwork and product throughput is very good. In particular, the COO and leader of the Shopping business, David Weinrot, has created a highly effective and nimble team that is driving much of the growth of the company. Good snacks! Free lunch 3 days a week. Honest work and not a lot of drama in the workplace.

Cons

Very forward looking approach and rapid development has led to a lack of a testing culture and some technical debt. Not always enough staff or the best tools to do things right.

Collaborative, excellent environment, everyone was approachable, ethical, took care of employees well.

Cons

Once the leader in the coupon and cash back space, ailure/fear to innovate put them behind in the marketplace. Shopathome.com was sold to Protoge.
