They have a good business model. Leadership is laid back.

Cons

Not loyal to employees of companies that were bought out by Prodege. They take your knowledge and get rid of you.

Pros

I found that the management and employees were hard-working and dedicated to improving the products and services offered. It was a nice working environment with ergonomic work stations, sit/stand desks, free lunch twice a week, lots of snacks and refreshments available, very friendly and comfortable work environment.

Cons

It's a small company so there are limited opportunities for advancement.

Pros

I just started here and so far it's a great group of people. Everyone is very nice and the environment is family-friendly. If you have dietary restrictions such as Kosher, this is an excellent place to work.

Cons

No cons. Lots of natural sunlight, awesome building, and if you like airplanes, you are close to LAX so you can take a lunch break outside and watch the flight paths.
