The teams are for the most part very collaborative and though the company has grown alot, it still maintains that 'startup', let's-get-it-done attitude that's helped make it so successful. Further, exec management is trying to communicate as effectively as possible to keep the broader company informed and 'in-the-loop'. That's what makes it a great place to work.
