Coworkers are great Free lunch

Cons

-Constant fear of lay offs and Josef and Chuck is not shy about letting you know that they can lay people off at any minute... -Pay is literally at the low income range for LA county... AND they expect you to pay $6-7 per gallon gas to come into the office 3x a week... -Flex PTO... this is utter BS, you can maybe take 1 week off, 2 weeks if the management thinks you are doing a great job -Work life balance does not exist here... again if you dont want to be laid off, you need to pull many many hours to show your worth

We recently held a manager meeting to discuss the importance and consistency in our flex PTO practices as we do want employees to experience a good work/life balance.
