Great job. Excellent supervisors and administration in the Oak Ridge office. Great teamwork. RD is always available if questions or problems arise. Great, meaningful work helping our patients.

Pros

Flexible schedule to take time off for life, school or work. Can work full time when available or not work at all if you have other things going on. Pay is competitive. Lots of travel assignments.

Cons

Very little training. Homes can have intense family members or living situations, and nothing can be done to help it. Most all clients have been exposed to some sort of nuclear radiation. Paper charting every 3 hours. Snail mail in paperwork for pay. Difficult to get benefits and they can drop you several times a year if you don't make hour requirement.
