Make your own schedule. That's it!

Cons

No PTO so if you get sick and need money plan on passing your illness to your patients. Lousy health insurance, only CM get PTO. Good luck with communication to these people.

This small company has high morale, a great team atmosphere and friendly, helpful people. They reward their employees for their hard work and celebrate successes by doing fun, unique things. Besides the excellent people you work with, the mission of the company is very rewarding and makes you feel good about what you do. I would definitely recommend working here. I'm definitely here for the long haul!

Cons

The only reason I didn't give 5 stars as we don't have a 401K plan yet. Once that is in place, Professional Case Management will be a 5 star employer!

Pros

Great Pay and Love the clients they are always nice and friendly. Have yet to get a bad report for my work ethics from my clients. Sometimes going the extra mile for those who are unable to do so is all that matters.

Cons

Unorganized and unprofessional at the managment level with the way staffing is handled. Do not care about hearing concerns from their staff concerning staffing. One Staffing Coordinator in particular thinks that he/she can speak to staff in a very unprofessional manner and expect the staff to not say anything in return. THEY SEND YOU AROUND THE WORLD AND NO PAY FOR MILEAGE FOR CNAs AND THEY DO NOT CHECK LICENSING OR CERTIFICATION BEFORE CALLING STAFF TO WORK IN OTHER STATES!!!
