      The patients are very sweet and most are very stable

      Cons

      They can "re-assign" you if you give your availability for one patient and another is closer. If you don't pick up permanent shifts, they'll find travel nurses to take all the available spots.

      Making your own schedule work when you want.

      Cons

      PCM Does Not screen patients . Some are dangerous. They do not have the Private nurses backs. They will do ANYTHING to keep patients for the $$$. Even sending nurses into situations they KNOW are dangerous. There are No Raises. No matter how long you work with company or how long you have been with one patient. They do not recognize the nurses in the field on the front line MAKING THEM THE $$$$$$$$$$$
