Pros

The company has a strong, positive culture that makes it a great place to work. I really appreciated the thoughtful gifts given during special times of the year. Most of all, the teamwork stood out, everyone was supportive, and we always had each other’s backs. I was fortunate to work alongside such great teammates.

Cons

When it came to management, there was definitely room for improvement. Over time, the level of micromanagement increased significantly. For example, even something as small as a Teams status turning yellow could trigger a call, which created unnecessary pressure. It wasn’t like this in the beginning, but toward the end the micromanagement became extreme, and ultimately that was the main reason I decided to leave.

Pros

No stress at all and you develop good relationships with your patients.

Cons

Some patients are not people that you would want to spend that much time with.

Pros

Ability to make your own schedule.

Cons

Pay is always incorrect. Sometimes you are waiting a month to be paid. Paper charting. You are not given time to manage your patients outside the patient’s home. They expect ALL paperwork, charting, and patient care to be done in the home. They do not have a way to bill for time that is not in the home. You have none billable however that is your driving and 2 hours weekly for all phone calls and emails outside the patient’s home. They tell you they are ok with none billable time but as soon as you use it they are asking why then tell you to do everything in the patient’s home. I have did case management and nursing for many years doctors office always have to call you back. This is just a poor management company and they do not know how to bill appropriately. They do have benefits but for a family it is not beneficial. You would be working just to pay for your benefits. They do not give raises. No paid holidays. Mileage pay is only .20 a mile. Hours are supposed to be normal business hours. However you give patients and employees your personal number to call when they need anything. They need a true on call system.
