Pros

Entry level exposure to home health and healthcare. Worked with a few decent people. Mission is great but still strongly geared towards increasing profits.

Cons

Low morale. Lack of trust/respect. Favoritism/unfairness. Little to no investment in employees to grow. No 401k, tuition reimbursement, frugal PTO. Leadership/some management are fake and have little respect for employees. Street parking.

I truly can't think of any pros other than the clients which we serve because management are narcissistic and only care about there jobs.

Cons

They promise flexible schedules and this is so untrue. The only benefit is insurance you can not afford. The management in the Oak Ridge office could care less! They micromanage, make horrible schedules, and the communication just does not happen unless you are on their hit list. Then help the good CM's that have left they talk bad about them to their employers and others including outside interests. The loss of all the CMs in the Oak Ridge office 10 or more in the past year should be a good picture for you. There are other companies doing the same services if this is what you want to do.
