There is no professionalism at professional case management

Wonderful patients and nurses, autonomy, flexible

Cons

Only important when they need you, hours are never guaranteed, lousy benefits, poor communication with field staff, some denver staff and RD are rude to say the least. No raises. Upper management has no compassion it's all about the money, patient care has taken a back seat.

Great clients, absolutely loved them. Good pay for CNA,s for this area.

Cons

No benefits, no mileage reimbursement for CNA,s even after that was agreed upon when I was hired. Terrible Case Manager's, back stabbing in upper management, yes we lowly CNA,,s hear and see what you do to each other. Left in sometimes life or death situations with no CM that can be reached. Not a good company to work for.

Pros

Clients are great, flexibility, pay is good.

Cons

They will cut your hours with no reason or explanation, a lot of their clients don't even need the service but they expect you to basically lie in the documentation to keep clients qualified. Their orientation process is non existent, very little communication, you just get hired, given a case with short history of the client and tasks to complete when you get to the home and after that you are on your own. I don't know about upper management because I have never seen them.
