There aren't any pros to mention

Cons

Lied to about rate of pay since day one. Never adjusted pay after two months. No overtime pay over 40 hours. Payroll makes a mistake on pay no apology just it'll be on next pay. If time sheets not received on time. You don't get paid. No way to electronically submit time. No communication between corporate and employees. Corporate employees go on vacation quite a bit. You're left on your own.
