Pros

The patients who are sick and need help are very appreciative of the care. The others are just abusive.

Cons

Benefits are not affordable, no retirement plan, or raises. This company doesnt take care of its employees at all. They are all about going after people with the little white card at all cost. Even if they already belong to another agency.

Wonderful patients and nurses, autonomy, flexible

Cons

Only important when they need you, hours are never guaranteed, lousy benefits, poor communication with field staff, some denver staff and RD are rude to say the least. No raises. Upper management has no compassion it's all about the money, patient care has taken a back seat.
