PCM is a very mission driven company that strives to educate former DOE workers about the benefits of the EEOICPA program. They take very seriously their commitment of providing quality homecare services to these former workers.

Cons

The current benefits program could be improved and senior management is making positive efforts to improve overall employee benefits.

Pros

Great company culture. Coworkers always ready to help if you run into problems. Not much politics: the Senior Team works closely together, and my manager has helped resolved topics with other departments when they do occur.

Cons

Sometimes some field people do things their own way and cause issues at home office. However, it has become rare as our manager keeps reminding people on our monthly calls.
