I have worked with the company for a few years, and the culture is continuously improving. We are encouraged to have fun and many activities are planned to help us get to know our co-workers and foster an open and collaborative environment. Management is accessible, involved, and they truly care about people. In addition, I have been completely supported with additional training opportunities to further my professional development, which is incredibly valuable to me.

Compassionate management that understands my family needs and cares about my wellbeing. Having the opportunity to give back to those clients who protected our country is very rewarding and I feel blessed to make a difference in their lives. Management is working to improve benefits but are limited to an owner that doesn't feel they are needed. We have potlucks, BBQ's, beers in the afternoon on nice sunny days, holiday parties, carnivals, and bocce ball tournaments. Anyone who complains about that and says this is a bad environment is just crazy...
