Professional PT provides employees with a plethora of educational opportunities which I recommend taking advantage of. As a new graduate therapist, I feel as though in one year I have significantly developed my clinical skills and molded myself into a more confident learning therapist. Many seasoned therapists at these facilities have unique and impressive backgrounds and I recommend to take advantage of their insight to PT and their knowledge/experiences.

Cons

As I don't see this as a con if managed well, the company has a high volume of patients. The support staff within this company is a wonderful way to manage these caseloads and provide optimal care to patients. This will strengthen the therapist to improve time management and management of staff.

I have been working at Professional for 3 years. I can honestly say this is a great company from the top down. They truly care about the patient's well-being and truly care about the staff. While the starting salaries may be lower than other similar companies, if you work hard you are recognized and rewarded financially as well as provided with career growth opportunities -- no matter what type of position you hold. I am very proud to say I work here!
