Pros

People worked with were nice

Cons

This is the worst company to work for I’ve been in sales for over 10 years I don’t know how the trainer has a job, but she does not set you up for success All she does is repeat herself over and over for seven weeks of training None of which helps you succeed on the floor I was in a class of six people, and none of us are still there because this is the worst company to work for They also lie about the pay People have been there for over three years and have yet to be paid a commission Stay away from this company And none of it helps you succeed on the floor

Pros

Good base salary, sales training, upfront with expectations. As long as you're a hard worker willing to put in the work it will be a good experience.

Cons

In office 5 days a week.
