Pros

Great place to work. PSP is a phenomenal place to work and learn sales. Especially, if you're coming out of college or have no sales experience. It will teach you how to sell and set you up with realistic expectations for sales jobs and your upcoming career. I would recommend the job for anyone looking for an entry level sales job. Good Environment Friendly Coworkers Couple of nice perks Sales Incentives Company happy hours

Cons

Repetitive Job Difficult job (like all sales jobs) you have to work hard to survive here Slower seasons are tough

Pros

Starting off with the good things base pay is great not many sales jobs will give you as high of a base as PSP. Management will take the office out to sporting events and happy hours every once in a while which is a nice touch.

Cons

Management plays favorites all the time the reps that they like will get the good leads and good projects. In the interview process you told all leads are provided but come to find out not only do company provided lead sucks I.e business have been closed for a number of years or have already been call by other reps that month or they are all ready in the publication and that you have to spend time in the day creating your own leads. The current sales manager was a poorly performing sales rep that disagreed with upper management all the time only to be made sales manager when the previous manager got fired. Now the commission structure is quite unique. You’ll only get paid on new sales and not repeat sales, but they do require you to maintain the relationship and sell previous clients new ads while not getting any commission on those new sales
