Pros

Great company with a laid back office feeling. Very very good at coaching and not giving you a cookie cutter way of doing the job. The top sellers are down to earth people more than willing to help out anyone that needs it.

Cons

Cold calling can be stagnant at times but that's the job. Really no other cons other than the commission structure. You only earn it after you've earned your salary in commission which can be a little frustrating.

Pros

Good starting base, but beyond that its hard to find any other qualities this company offers.

Cons

Too many to list. Poor ethics, poor working enviroment, reading straight from a script. If you try to say something other than the script you'll be berated in front of your co-workers.
