Pros

Work with really great people. Small business feel. Generous vacation/sick day policy. General improvements over the course of time.

Cons

Very deadline oriented and sales oriented. Can throw off work-life balance and be stressful at times. It's a sales driven industry though so it's completely understandable. If you're not looking to work hard, look elsewhere.
